WHOLE, HALF, QUARTER, BEEF
ORDER PROCESS
For half or whole orders, you have the option to complete a custom cut sheet to specify your preferences—like steak thickness, roast size, and choices for cubed steak, fajita meat, brisket, and more. If you’re splitting a whole steer, you can submit up to two cut sheets to accommodate both parties’ preferences.

We will schedule your beef pick up time and date.
Half and whole orders can be picked up at the University of Georgia in Athens. Quarter orders are available for pickup at the farm, or we offer local delivery. Shipping is also available at the buyer’s expense.
